PLEASE NOTE: While we take special care in packaging your chocolates to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of delay by couriers (We don't have control over). To minimise the risk of packages sitting in depots over the weekend, we typically dispatch orders from Monday to Wednesday. In cases of extreme heat or adverse weather conditions, we may delay shipping until we’re confident your order can be safely delivered, anyway we are not responsible for any damage due to heat after the goods are dispatched.
